Terms of Service

Pantra provides automated SEO, security, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) audits for websites built with AI coding tools. Paid plans additionally include daily automatic scans, an AI-generated blog (hosted on a custom domain), a monthly SEO strategy, and stack-specific fix-prompts. The exact scope of each plan is described on pantra.io/pricing.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing country. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current period and is not refunded pro rata.

You may not use Pantra to:

• Scan domains you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
• Circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the service without written permission
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated means to create accounts or generate excessive AI content beyond your plan quota

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Fix-prompts, SEO strategies and audit commentary are generated using Google's Gemini model. You are responsible for reviewing any generated prompt or recommendation before applying it to your code or content. KB Media GmbH makes no warranty regarding factual accuracy of AI-generated output and is not liable for consequences of its use.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Gemini, Paddle).

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, KB Media GmbH's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

Pantra, its logo, code, and documentation are the exclusive property of KB Media GmbH. You retain all rights to the data you submit and content you generate.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days except where retention is legally required.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law principles and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the competent court at the registered seat of KB Media GmbH in St. Erhard, Luzern, Switzerland.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
