Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Pantra subscriptions. Operated by KB Media GmbH, Switzerland.

1. Summary
In plain words:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not issue refunds or pro-rata credits for unused days within a billing period.
- Statutory consumer withdrawal rights in the EU/EEA expire once the service has been delivered — which happens on first login (see Section 3).
- Chargebacks without a prior refund request lead to immediate account suspension (see Section 7).
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after that date.
If you cannot access your dashboard, email info@kb-media.ch from the email address associated with your account.
3. No refunds — reason
Pantra is a digital service that begins delivery immediately upon account creation. When you log in for the first time, an automated audit of your configured domain is triggered, and external API credits (Google PageSpeed, Gemini, and — depending on your plan — blog generation, GEO monitoring) are consumed on your behalf.
For this reason:
- First login = service delivered.
- No full or partial refund will be issued after first login.
- No pro-rata credit will be issued for cancelling mid-period.
- You retain access to all features included in your plan until the end of the paid billing period.
By completing checkout and logging in, you expressly consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge that this causes any statutory withdrawal right to expire (EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m); Switzerland: analogous interpretation for digital services).
4. Business customers (B2B)
Pantra is primarily offered to business customers (indie hackers, SaaS founders, agencies, companies operating a website). Business customers are not covered by statutory consumer withdrawal rights. The rules above apply in full.
5. Exceptions
We issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge — if our payment processor (Paddle) charges the same subscription twice due to a technical error.
- Unauthorised charge — if your payment method was used without your authorisation and you notify us within 30 days of the charge.
- Pre-login cancellation — if you complete checkout but cancel before ever logging in (no audit has been triggered), email us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.
All other cases — including "I changed my mind", "I did not use the product enough", "the results were not what I expected", or "an issue was not fixable in my stack" — do not qualify for a refund.
6. How to request a refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under Section 5, email info@kb-media.ch from the email address associated with your account and include:
- Your account email
- The Paddle order or invoice ID
- A short description of the reason
We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically arrive within 5–10 business days on your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, contact us first. We respond quickly and will resolve legitimate issues without a dispute.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us will result in:
- Immediate suspension of your Pantra account
- Termination of the subscription
- Removal of any data generated under your account (including blog posts published via custom domain)
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with evidence of service delivery (login activity, audit execution, API consumption).
8. Price changes
Subscription prices may change. Existing subscribers are notified by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before the effective date — the rules above apply.
