Monthly SEO Strategy

Personalized roadmap. Every month.

On the 1st of every month Pantra generates a tailored SEO strategy for your domain — driven by your industry template (SaaS, Ecommerce, Agency, Local, Publisher), your latest audit findings, and proven playbooks. Five to seven prioritized recommendations, 4–6 content ideas, copy-paste fix-prompts for everything.

Random fixes don't compound. Strategy does.

Most teams know what their SEO problems are. They just don't know which one to fix next. Pantra turns your audit into a ranked plan: high-impact / low-effort first, content gaps second, long-tail bets last. Every month the plan adapts to what you've shipped — so you never re-work the same priority twice.

How the strategy is built

1. Industry detection

On signup we detect your industry from the site (SaaS, ecommerce, agency, local, publisher, generic). You can override it in settings.

2. Audit replay

The strategy generator pulls the last 30 daily audits, extracts recurring issues, and identifies what has been fixed since last month.

3. Template merge

Your industry template provides a playbook of proven plays; findings tell us which plays apply now.

4. Gemini ranking pass

Gemini 2.5 Flash with thinking disabled produces the final 5–7 ranked recommendations with impact / effort annotations.

5. Publish to dashboard

The strategy lands in /dashboard/strategy with copy-paste fix-prompts ready to drop into your AI coder.

Sample recommendation block

Title: Build comparison pages targeting competitor keywords
Impact: HIGH Effort: MEDIUM Priority: 1 of 6

Why this matters
Comparison pages convert at 4–7% versus 0.5–1.8% for generic blog
content. Your audit shows you rank for "[product] pricing" but not
for "[product] vs [competitor]" — pure gap.

What to ship
  1. Create /compare/[slug] routes in Lovable
  2. For each of these three competitor pairs: A, B, C
  3. Include a feature table, pricing comparison, and a verdict section
  4. Add Product schema with review aggregateRating

Fix-prompt for Lovable
"Create a /compare/[slug] dynamic route in my Lovable app..."

Linked audit finding
FAQ schema missing on /pricing — resolving this also helps the new
  /compare pages rank faster.

Industry templates

SaaS
Product-led tactics: comparison pages, integration pages, use-case landing pages, case studies
Ecommerce
Category pages, buying-guide content, structured Product schema, Review aggregation
Agency
Service pages per offering, case studies with measurable outcomes, local SEO if regional
Local service
GBP optimization, location pages, local citations, review management
Publisher
Topic clusters, author authority schema, newsletter integration, long-tail depth
Generic
Applied when none of the above fit — focuses on technical SEO and content breadth

Strategy vs. generic advice vs. SEO agency

Generic "SEO tips" blog posts are commodity. An SEO agency retainer is €2k-€8k/month and moves slowly. Pantra Strategy bridges the gap: tailored, monthly, actionable, included.

Common questions

Which plans include the monthly strategy?add

Pro and Agency. Starter gets audits and fix-prompts, but no strategy module.

Can I trigger a new strategy on demand?add

Yes on Agency plan. Pro gets the automatic monthly run only.

What if my industry template is wrong?add

You can override it in /dashboard/settings. The next strategy uses the new template.

Does the strategy include keyword research?add

Basic intent-based keyword suggestions per content idea. Deep keyword volumes and difficulty scores require a DataForSEO integration that is rolling out next.

Do you track whether I implemented last month's recommendations?add

Yes. The next strategy replays the audit and marks recommendations implemented / still open / regressed.

How long until I see results from the recommendations?add

Technical fixes: days. On-page content: 4–12 weeks. New pages: 8–16 weeks for meaningful traffic. SEO is a compounding game, not a coin flip.

Can I export the strategy as a PDF for a client?add

Pro and Agency ship a PDF export with no Pantra badge. Starter exports include the badge.
